DAVID KUYKENDALL, AIA, LEED AP


As the Managing Principal of Max Gordon Architects P.C., David oversees
all aspects of the firm’s work. In the last 8 years, he has been project
coordinator, manager, and designer of over 400 successfully completed retail
and commercial projects. Prior to his involvement with MGA, David worked
at award-winning design firms in New York, Dubai, Kuwait, and the Southern
United States. As compliment to his architectural education, he pursued a
Minor Emphasis on History Theory and Urban Studies while studying abroad
in Rome and Copenhagen. David continues to remain active in academia as
a guest design critic for the architecture and interior design programs at Pratt
Institute and Parsons.

PROJECT MANAGER
DAVID ANDERSON, RA

David has over 10 years of experience managing complex commercial
projects as well as high-end residential construction. His abilities are
complimented by his knowledge of building code and landmarks regulations,
along with his ability to navigate a project from concept to completion within
the constraints of the local municipalities.

DESIGNER
YALDA KERAMATI

Yalda is a design architect with a background in stage design and visual
communication. Her portfolio represents a diverse range from high-end
retail and financial institutions to small non-profit institutions. While living
in Italy, Yalda also worked as a stage designer; designing and executing
video mapping projection and lighting design for the performance of
Metamorphosys, directed by Ivana Parisi in Venice, Italy.
