Designed as an Affordable Multi-Family Dwelling, this proposal seeks to explore the possibilities of irregular and under-sized lots while emphasizing opportunities for social and environmental sustainability.

The building organization maximizes the number of dwelling units to provide access for more households as well as incentivize private development. Our objective is to create affordable places to live that contribute to the overall health and well-being of their residents as well as their communities and the environment.

Modular design is utilized to maintain uniformity in the individual construction components, but allow for adaptability to individual site conditions.
